About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to coordinate production workflows, communicate with clients, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of orders. This role focuses on KPI monitoring, issue resolution, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients regarding workflows, updates, and queries.

  • Create weekly reports and monitor KPIs like rejection rate and on-time delivery.

  • Monitor production status and ensure orders are delivered within the deadline.

  • Assist in onboarding new workflows and maintaining documentation.

  • Review quality issues and handle rework or escalation when required.

  • Coordinate with production, traffic, and quality teams to resolve issues.

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Experience in B2B client coordination or account management preferred.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with Office 365 / Google Workspace

  • knowledge in Photoshop.

  • Basic image editing skills.

  • Working knowledge of reporting processes.
