Customer Success Executive- CGI
- Planning and delivery of jobs (prioritization)
- Establishing, developing, and building relationships with our customers
- Understanding your customers and their respective organizational KPIs, bottlenecks, content creation process, and workflows.
- Helping your customers meet and surpass their goals
- Ownership of:
- Rework/ Rejections KPI
- In time Delivery KPI
- Overall quality status
- Forecasting
- Planning
- Responsibility for the correct set up of accounts in Rendered
- Discuss weekly progress and KPIs with clients
- Collect and share client feedback with colleagues and BT for system or process improvement suggestions

CSE Criteria:
1.The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English.
2.The candidate should be experienced at least 4 yrs in the CSE role.
3. The candidate should have experience in MS excel or google sheet.
4. The candidate should have a piece of basic knowledge of Photoshop or any other graphics application.
